Our Code
We are migrating our code over to Github. Please be patient as we do so. Here are some first steps:
Resources
- Enthought Canopy (Python development environment) – request an academic license
- PMAGPY Python code for paleomagnetic data analysis
- The following Python libraries get heavy use: Matplotlib, SciPy, NumPy, Pandas
- R Project for Statistical Computing
- RStudio
- The following R packages get heavy use: data.table (docs), ggplot2, plyr, NMF, EMMAgeo (particle size analysis), RFOC (stereonets)
- AGICO software, including SAFYR (anisotropy) and REMASOFT
- IRMDB database access software, for archiving and processing rock magnetic data
And of course, the ever-useful Stack Overflow.
