Ohad Manor


I am currently a postdoctoral fellow in the lab of Prof. Elhanan Borenstein located at UW, Seattle. My research focuses on developing and applying machine-learning and statistical methods to multi-omic data, to identify disease associated shifts in the human microbiome.

I obtained my PhD under the supervision of Prof. Eran Segal, focusing on human genetic variations and their ability to explain phenotypic variation.
