I am currently a postdoctoral fellow in the lab of Prof. Elhanan Borenstein located at UW, Seattle. My research focuses on developing multi-omic computational methods for identifying disease associated compositional shifts in the gut microbiome.

I obtained my PhD under the supervision of Prof. Eran Segal, working mainly on Human genetic variations and their ability to explain phenotypic variation.
