RADM Patrick W. O’Carroll, MD, MPH, FACPM, FACMI
RADM O’Carroll currently serves as the Regional Health Administrator for US Public Health Service Region X. In this capacity, RADM O'Carroll reports to the Assistant Secretary for Health in the Office of Public Health and Science. RADM O’Carroll also holds affiliate faculty appointments with the University of Washington (UW) School of Public Health and Community Medicine and the UW School of Medicine. Much of his work with UW is based at the Northwest Center for Public Health Practice and the Center for Public Health Informatics.
