Using color (HiRISE), multispectral (HRSC) and hyperspectral (CRISM) data together with roughness mapping from stereo images and laboratory experiments under Martian surface conditions to understand the nature of actively forming slope streaks on Mars. This project is funded by the US-Israel Binational Science Foundation (BSF) and is carried out in collaboration with Alan Gillespie, Dave Montgomery, Charlotte Schreiber and Elena Amador at UW, Karl Hibbitts at JHU/APL and david Stillman at SWRI/Boulder.
