Name Your last name followed by your first name separated only by a space (no comma!). Example: Smith John
UNetID Your UNet ID. This is very important to get right because this is how I'll match your clicker number with you so I can be sure to give you credit.
Clicker ID This is the ID for your clicker. There should be a 6 digit number on the rear of your clicker. For example, mine is 159780. So enter 159780 in the box above.
Screen Name When you answer a box will appear on the screen with the 3 letters you enter here in it. (Keep it clean!)

It isn't critical you register your clicker before you use it. It is critical you register your clicker before the quarter is over! Actually, if I find that some aren't registered I may start bugging them earlier...
