I. Benign

  1. Condylomata
  2. Inclusion cysts
  3. Sebaceous cysts
  4. Fibromas
  5. Bartholin's cysts
  6. Achrochordons (skin tags)
  7. Molluscum ("Water warts")
  1. May be transmitted by fomites
  2. Usually resolve spontaneously in <6mos
  1. Hidradenomas
  1. Seen in sexually active caucasian women; in cleft between labia majora & minora; can be ulcerated

II. Malignant

  1. VIN/CIS: appearance very variable; can be pruritic
  2. Paget's disease
  3. Epithelial carcinomas
  1. Basal cell
  2. Verrucous
  3. Squamous cell
  1. Adenocarcinomas
  1. Sweat glands
  2. Bartholin's
  1. Sarcomas
  2. Malignant melanoma
