I. Idiopathic inflammation of the Buck?s fascia of the penis

II. Clinical features

1. Painful subcutaneous placques
2. Can get angulation of penis with erections; also erectile dysfunction
3. Self-limited but can take months to resolve
4. 20% cross-concurrence with Dupuytren's contracture; similar pathology

III. Treatment

1. Vit. E 400U BID or
2. PABA 4g PO QID (the latter poorly tolerated, causes loss of taste
