II. Clinical features
- Painful subcutaneous placques
- Can get angulation of penis with erections; also erectile dysfunction
- Self-limited but can take months to resolve
- 20% cross-concurrence with Dupuytren's contracture; similar pathology
III. Treatment
- Vit. E 400U BID or
- PABA 4g PO QID (the latter poorly tolerated, causes loss of taste
