Project GLOBE Survey

The GLOBE research project is a comprehensive cross-cultural study examining leadership and organizational culture across 62 societies worldwide.

Explore how your values and leadership beliefs compare across nine cultural dimensions and six global leadership dimensions spanning the world.

Note: The GLOBE scales were validated at the organizational and societal level using country-level means, not at the individual level. Country scores represent central tendencies across large samples — they describe typical cultural patterns, not individuals. GLOBE measured the dominant culture within each country; subcultures based on geography, ethnicity, religion, and immigration are not captured in the national data (Chhokar, Brodbeck & House, 2007). Your results are for educational and exploratory purposes only.

Select the country whose culture you are describing. If your country is not listed, select "Other" — results will still be shown relative to global distributions and cultural clusters.
