Well organized report with extensive use of narrative, photos, and data tables.  Conclusion is fully supported by data.  A complete and well supported “story” from question to conclusion.

Organized report using narrative and presenting data.  Story not as easy to follow, gaps in presentation.  Conclusion is not fully supported by data. 

Report is loosely organized.  Narrative leaves out some details; data is presented, but not interpreted.  Conclusion is broad and general, not supported by data.

Unorganized report.  Data not presented in comprehensible fashion.  Conclusion does not reflect data.

Visual Design, Graphics,

Layout

Report is visually appealing and easy to read.  Graphics and photos inserted to illuminate difficult to understand areas.

Report is typed and organized logically.  Photos are used help to represent data.

Report consists solely of text, no additional information.

Report does not follow normal format but is understandable by someone familiar with the process.
