This is actually a very interesting game. It's a different take on the first person shooter idea. In this game, absolutely everything is from a first person perspective. Want to eat a burger to regain some health? You'll actually see you character take the burger to his face and take a few bites. There's even a part where you'll throw up and you'll get to see the inside of a toilet bowl, it's actually kind of funny.
The other innovation is the use of hand-to-hand combat from a first person perspective. This is actually really fun and it adds a lot to the game. Breakdown can be slightly frustrating at times and all the environments seem to be the same, so that's why its score is slightly lower.
