This is a surprisingly fun game to play. It is pretty much a classic shooter/beat-em-up game. However, unlike most simple shooter games, this one has somewhat of an explorative aspect to it. Namely, you actually play through the game twice and the second time through, some things are different and you have to make different choices to affect the story. You also have to search through some previously played stages in order to advance the story. This non-linear type gameplay is actually quite fun. When you add this to excellent side scrolling shooting and fighting, this is a game which I would recommend.
