Although Viewtiful Joe was pretty fun, I can't remember being so mad and frustrated at a videogame in a long time. The game is a pretty basic beat-em-up adventure where the focus is on beating down bad guys rather than exploring. You have a bunch of powers like the ability to slow down time, move in mach speed, and other cool moves. The game can be super cheap at times though and it did induces some controller throwing rage at several points. In fact, there is a part where there were like four bosses in a row with no save point which was totally frustrating. Despite all these negative rants, I had a good time playing this game.
