Shi Shi Beach, WA (Sept 2006)

It looks like this might become a yearly tradition for us, we went back to Shi Shi beach this year with everyone (except Alison because she was at a bridal shower in Colorado for a friend).

Keystone, CO (Aug 2006)

I went to the 2006 AIAA Guidance, Navigation, and Control conference to present a paper that I wrote. It was lots of fun because I also went with a few guys from the lab and we had time to check out some of the sights after the conference was over.

Alaska (June 2006)

Alison and I took a cruise to Alaska in June. This was a surprise trip for her because I didn't tell her we were going. I also didn't tell her that we would get engaged during the trip, but that happened also.

Washington DC (Sept 2005)

I went to a conference in Arlington, VA to present a paper that I wrote. The conference took up a lot of time but luckily, I had the opportunity to visit some of the national monuments.

Shi Shi Beach, WA (July 2005)

We went on an overnight camping trip to Shi Shi Beach in the Olympic National forrest. This is a quick hike in an you can stay on the beach. It was tons of fun.

UW Graduation (June 2005)

Here is the UW Graduation Ceremony. I just finished my Master's degree and Jon obtained his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering.

Sweden (Sept 2004)

Alison just bought her first car. Its a Volvo S40 and it is beautiful. The great thing is since she bought it new, Volvo gave us a free trip for 2 to Sweden to go pick up the car. It was a great trip, Sweden is beautiful and I would love to go back one day (ie when Alison buys another Volvo)

California and Mexico (Sept 2004)

This is our family vacation to California and Mexico. We drove down from Seattle to California to catch the cruise ship that we stayed on for several days. It made lots of stops in cool places like San Diego and Mexico.

Vancouver, BC (July 2003)

We decided to take a little road trip to Vancouver, British Columbia to go have some good chinese food and do some shopping. Jon decided to build himself a portable playstation so play on the drive up. We also visited Queen Edward's park which has nice flowers.

Hawaii (June 2003)

Alison and I went to Hawaii together after we both graduated from UW in 2003. We stayed for several days and spent most of the time on the beach or at the local Zippy's (the best fast food place in the world)
