Collaboration Matrix

This is the Directory for all of the weekly contributions to our interactive well-being. Initially, this matrix is programmed based on the assumption that we are not yet using HTML (Hypertext Mark-Up Language or Have-the-Time-of-My-Life) and that your individual weekly saul/weber addresses look like this: "/~yourloginname/498/1" for the first week and "/~yourloginname/498/2" for the second etc. Later, after week 3 when we learned sufficient HTML, we will add the .html to the address (e.g. ...498/4.html). Just let me know in case you are ready to go "html" earlier (or you need to postpone) so I can change the Directory. I let you know more about the weekly "contributions" in class. In general, they should respond to the three major components of this workshop: Your questions, comments (incl. re. class discussions) and progress reports on
  1. your Internet and WWW exploits
  2. our/your collaborative project ("Economic Geography of Electronic Communication")
  3. your individual research
Ideally, these "contributions" should represent the foundation for your "final write-ups". Tentative plans are to treat these "contributions" initially as part of a reasonably protected Class- "Intranet" (accessible to class-members only) and to open them up (to connect them to other pages -- incl. your own Home Page), for the last two weeks and beyond.
