Part III

Sketch out a detailed flow chart for your project! Write a paragraph each for at least 4 links ("arrows", relationships, flow, transmission activity etc.) and 4 components (nodes etc.) contained in this model. These paragraphs should include
  1. the justification for this conceptualization,
  2. an explanation of the linkages which you are suggesting,
  3. the extent to which components or links contain dependent or independent variables,
  4. and some specific ideas as to whether and how this specific part of your model can be "operationalized"., i.e. is compatible with a specific analytical tool you are familiar with using data which you suggest do exist or can be collected.

Each paragraph should be based on at least two academic literature references (the use of which has to be clear from your writing). Together, these references should originate with at least five different books or articles. These "minimum requirement" titles should be fairly directly concerned with your project and should not include textbooks or general magazines! Of course, you can use texts or magazines without counting them as part of the minimum.
