Craigslist Inc., 519 F.3d 666 (7th Cir 2008) (online advertiser has immunity under sec. 230 of the CDA for publishing possibly discriminatory housing ads submitted by users). Curran v. Amazon.com, Inc., 36 Media L. Rep. 1641 (2008) (web-based retailer with products showing soldier in photo may be liable for invading soldier's privacy).
