Instructions for Submitting Bibliography

Type in all required information. After doing so, open your word processing program, then open your midterm document. Highlight all document text and choose "Edit" and "Copy" from the top menu bar. Minimize your word processing program. Click back to this form and click in the blank box for text submission. Choose "Edit" and "Paste" from the top menu. After you've pasted the data into the form, you may wish to proofread and make changes in formatting. Click on "Submit" when ready to send. You will receive confirmation that your midterm was submitted. The confirmation form reviews the information submitted. Unfortunately, it also displays an ad, but this is the price we pay for free form hosting.
