The IDEF0 formalism documents processes and the inputs, outputs, mechanisms and constraints involved in the process.

In this case, the process is building and using a scheme for classification.  Models like this one iterate, so you’ll see that it is labeled draft form.  Once it is finalized, I’ll put up a separate link.
