Over lunch one day, she mentions that XYZ Computer recently donated $1,000 to Charlotte’s favorite non-profit organization. Two weeks later you learn that XYZ Computer has won a contract with this same non-profit organization, even though another contractor’s bid was lower. Should you "blow the whistle" to someone outside the company?
