Version 6.0<\/strong>\u00a0of the Disaster Information Reference Library (DIRL)<\/a> <\/em><\/strong>is the most recent update of this reference library. It has been published as of November 15, 2023 as a semiannual update. The library now contains\u00a04,991<\/strong>references of predominantly English-language, peer-reviewed work in the study domains of disaster information and information technologies and their uses in the context of disasters. This represents an increase over the previous version of\u00a0285<\/strong>\u00a0references, or\u00a06.1%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The DIRL is becoming an indispensable tool for Disaster Information and Technology-interested scholars. In particular, peer reviewers of paper submissions may want to rely on this reference library.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Packaged in a zip file,\u00a0bibTeX<\/a>,\u00a0RIS<\/a>\u00a0as well as an Endnote package (enlp) versions are available.\u00a0Mendeley<\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0Zotero<\/a>\u00a0versions can easily be created by importing from RIS or bibTeX files. DIRL v 6.0 can be downloaded from the DIRL website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
