Do the following review problems
	Problems   pgs. 207-208:  4.60, 4.64

Problem on the variability of a sample.  Use the data in Example 4.3 on page 167 as the population data.  
		a) Use Excel to select a sample of size 10 from this data
		b) Calculate the standard deviation of your sample
		c) Calculate the standard deviation of the whole population.
