For Monday, Oct. 20:

Prepare for short, one-on-one discussions on American holidays. Be ready to recite your answers, ask questions, and talk about what other people do for different holidays and/or in different countries.

For Wednesday, Oct. 22:

Using the vocabulary sheet provided, prepare a 3-4 minute oral presentation on how to make your favorite (or some other) dish. Also, review the vocabulary for group discussion.

For Friday, Oct. 24:

Memorize Gumperz 15.
