For Monday, Nov. 10:

1. Using the listening strategies we practiced in last Friday's class, listen to a scary story from "A Door Into Hindi." Write down as much as you can, but especially subjects and verbs.

2. Write a 1-page diary entry on any topic.

For Wednesday, Nov. 12:

Listen to the rest of the Scary Story on "A Door into Hindi," paying attention to subject and verbs.

Memorize your corrected scary story to tell in class.

For Friday, Nov. 14:

1. Using the vocabulary sheet provided, prepare for a situational conversation on topic TBA.

2. Pronunciation Project 3: Make a recording of the text handed out in class, aiming for maximum accuracy. Read slowly, but in phrases.
