This site can provide you with easy access to information on the courses I teach at UW, my management/consulting experience and areas of marketing expertise. You can also obtain access to useful content. Examples include; a list of the readings used in the courses I teach, an annotated Bibliography of Books on various marketing topics, and notes on some of the most valuable marketing tools I have found and used. This year I’m teaching three courses at the University of Washington School of Business. These courses in Marketing New Products and Innovations, Marketing High Tech Products and Services, and Service Marketing & Management are in the MBA programs at the school. The students have been enthusiastic and supportive. The TM MBA class voted to give me an Outstanding Teaching Award. I’ve also received numerous requests for seminars on the material. I have experience and expertise to share with students and with businesses. Frequent requests come from startups. And, I have worked with several Fortune 500 firms. These projects have produced results: sales and revenue, new products, new venture funding, new business development, customer acquisition and retention. I have experience at both strategy development and tactical execution with particular expertise in new product development, marketing of services, advertising, and branding.
