Malena Foster

Malena is a Washington native and graduated in 2006 from the UW with a Bachelor’s in Civil and Environmental Engineering. After graduation she worked in the private sector with a focus on water resources applications and management. She is excited to be working with Alan Hamlet and Jessica Lundquist on their research using mesoscale climate models to improve hydroclimate predictions. Her personal pursuits include hiking, canoeing, reading, and lots of swing and salsa dancing.
