Reading Assignments and prep work for class:

For Monday, April 26 Read Zumdahl Secs 15.1-5  (this is hard – you won’t completely understand it the first time through.  That is why we do the learning exercises. Read at this point to get an overview.)

• Complete the “Key Questions” of Hanson #28- both Model 1 and Model 2.  (Refer to Zumdahl as you work on these..)
• The daily quiz will be taken from the Key Questions 1-11 of Hanson 28.  Work on these before class.

For Wednesday, April 28

• Complete the “Got it” and Problems from Hanson #28 before class. 
• Read Zumdahl Sec 15.6 
• Complete the “Key Questions” of Hanson #29- both Model 1 and Model 2. 
• The daily quiz will be taken from Key Questions 1-9 of Hanson 29..
• Read Zumdahl Sections 15.8-15.9
• Complete the “Key Questions” of Hanson #30, Model 1 only, 1-6 on page 208-9.

After Classes:  Always complete the exercises and problems for the active learning exercise(s) if you did not get them finished in class.  It is important to complete these as they will be checked at the exams  Remember to go back over every activity we have done and complete the problems and exercises.  Be sure to show work and logic or credit will not be given.

Written Homework :  HW3 will be due on May 1.  You need to start this week, however.
