· For the eighth week:  read pp 234-43 of Lomax (Dictionary Object)

· For the ninth week, look ahead by reading starting on p.379  of Lomax on the RegExp Object.

Homework (Individual)

· HW4 due November 16

· HW5 is due on December 5

Machine Problems (with partner)

· Intermediate submissions on MP5:  due on Friday, Nov 20 and Wednesday, Nov 25. (see assignment sheet)

· MP5.  (with partner)  it is due Saturday, Nov 28, at midnight.  50% penalty if turned in late, but prior to Nov 29, midnight.  No credit thereafter.  Note change of time from syllabus

· MP6 will be due on Dec 12.
