The file hivnet.dat contains 750 records for participants that completed the 
month 3 informed consent visit.

The variables are:

1) will6      = 1 if definitely willing to participate, 0 otherwise  - Month 6

2) know6      = knowledge score (ranges from -10 to 10) - Month 6

3) riskgroup  = recruitment group:  1=MSM, 2=Male IDU, 3=WAHR, 4=WAHR+IDU

4) education  = educational attainment: 1= <high school, 2= high school,
                                        3= some college, 4= college,
                                        5= some post, 6= grad/professional

5) cohort     = 1 if new cohort, 0 if "rollover"

6) age	      = age in years

7) q4safe6    = 1 if correct response to Q4="is safe", 0 otherwise - Month 6

8) will0      = 1 if definitely willing to participate, 0 otherwise - Month 0

9) know0      = knowledge score (ranges from -10 to 10) - Month 0
