Giuseppe Tassone is a native of Italy.
He joined the University
of Washington in 1997 where he has been teaching
elementary, intermediate and advanced Italian. In the spring of 2003 he
taught Italian in Rome with the Spring
Rome Program of the University of Washington. Professor Tassone
is also a lecturer at Seattle University
and serves on the Italian Studies Advivisory Board of the University of
Washington. In recent years, he has taught Italian at several colleges and non-profit organizations such as the ASUW- Experimental College as part of his commitment to promoting the language and the culture of Italy. He has developed several Italian programs for business, study and travel in Italy. Professor Tassone is the director of the Italian Language Program of the Dante Alighieri Society of Washington and a member of the American Association of Teachers of Italian. |
