Code for Goodreau 2006 (Genetics)
Please note that these routines are neither well-documented nor supported. They are provided solely for the sake of completeness, although *extremely* intrepid investigators may potentially find something useful in them.
Most of the relevant routines have been supplanted by a much more professional and general effort (in R) for the estimation and simulation of social networks, to be found here. This will soon include code for the simulation of disease transmission on networks and will hopefully contain routines for neutral evolution someday soon as well. The modeling framework implemented in this R package (exponential random graph modeling) is identical to that in the Delphi code used in my 2006 Genetics paper.
