DfDI:
- Analyzes the trade-off between the costs and benefits of EOL disassembly.
- Finds the optimal combination of components that provides cost-benefit ratio for the EOL retrieval.
- Cost include the disassembly (labor) and disposal.
- Benefit derived from sale of recovered components.
