Reaction Conditions

This reaction is similiar to fire in that it produces alot of heat. Just like fire, the reaction needs to be controled so that it does not get out of hand and destroy things.

On average, the reaction takes place at at approximately 350^oC, three and a half times as hot as boiling water.
