<P><H2>The Solver Introduction Page</H2>
<HR>
<P>This set of pages allows the calculation of the the minimum and maximum fluid velocities for fluidization, as described on the <A HREF="../FBR_Fluid_Mech/fluid_bed_scroll.htm" TARGET="_parent">Fluid Mechanics of FBRs Page</A>.
<P>The calculations are run by a form-fed script. The form contains a number of input boxes, which have default values for the parameters of the <EM><B>Ergun equation</B></EM>.
<P>Simply enter the desired values for the parameters, press the "Calculation" button, and the script will return the values of uo and ut, along with the Reynolds number used in the ut calculation.
