[...] The elevation of Your Excellency to the title of Hetman over all of little Russia has not missed making a most vivid impression on my spirit , and being entirely penetrated by the most perfect joy as well as the most profound respect, I take the liberty to present to Your Excellency my most ardent wishes of very humble congratulations: God wishes to continue heaping distinguishing marks of His Grace to Your Excellency.
