John O’Halloran

CEO

John O’Halloran, CEO, co-founded Pipestone in 2005 and brings more than 26 years senior management and investor experience creating, developing, and marketing emergent PC and web-based technologies.

For the past ten years, Mr. O’Halloran has been an entrepreneur, angel investor and consultant. He has been the CEO of two other start-up companies, including MediaLink Technologies and Netpodium, a company he co-founded and sold to InterVU (which was subsequently acquired by Akamai. Mr. O’Halloran has also consulted for Vulcan, Voyager Capital, Visio, and other technology companies.

Mr. O’Halloran also spent thirteen years in publicly traded companies, including seven years at Aldus Corporation where he was Vice President of the Pacific Rim, and responsible for managing international sales, marketing, support and product localization. In 1995, Mr. O’Halloran was part of the executive team that sold Aldus to Adobe.

O’Halloran holds a Bachelor of Arts from St. John’s University.
