Target task + baseline descriptions

As a first step towards your term projects, you will get a baseline system up and running, train it on the shared task data and test it on the development (NB: not test) data. The baseline system should be an existing software package. The task at this stage is to get that system running, NOT to create a new system.

Your presentation and write up for this stage should include:

1. A description of the task, including sample inputs and outputs.
2. A description of the evaluation metric.
3. A description of the baseline system, with a particular focus on the existing features fed into the machine learner (to which you will be adding MRS features).
4. A quantitative evaluation of the baseline system over the development (NB: not test) data.
5. Citations for the data and baseline system (and any further resources that you use)
