Collected set of typos found

Preface:
P. ix: line 9: "rather than" not "rather then"

Chapter 1:

P. 9: 2 lines below (1.17); last term should be "m_{22}" not "m_{12}"

P 15: 4th full paragraph (2/3 down page): "We next consider.... ...
mutation rates are assumed to bY " [should be `be']

P 18: 2nd full paragraph (halfway down page): "As stated above,....
when fitnessES dependS" [I think it should be `fitness depends' or
`fitnesses depend' -- not sure which]

P. 21: 4th full paragraph, halfway down the page: "On the other
hand,.... comments more OF [should be OR ?] less"....

P.19: (1.45) ... +(1-f)2x(1-x) ... + (1-f)(1-x)^2

P.32: line 4: extra left space indent

P.62: (2.58) Is the constraint needed here?

P.64: (2.68) l-1: X'_uv

P.65: (2.71) l-1: sum over v

P.90: (2.157) l+1: alpha or phi ?
       (2.159) l+1: j=i+1,..., M-1 (not "1+1,;...")

P.97: l6: alpha or phi ?

P.98:  l1 of last parag:  second w_{11} shd be w_{22}

P.100: last line: j^{i-2} shd be i^{j-2} and there is missing "," before i^0

P101: a_{jj} = E(y_1 ...) -- there is extra "," before y_j
In (3.34) and above n and 2N are used interchangeably

P.103: (3.41) and just above: The time "t" is not the same "t" as the
       argument t in (3.41).

P.106, line 3; the matrix is (3.45)-(3.47) not "(3.30)"
P.106: mid page: extra space "methods ,"

P. 107: line 12: phi_0 or alpha_0 ?

P. 113: (3.75): n is 2N here ?

P.118 line 6: "often" ?

P.120: ((3.106) +4l: var(x(t+1) | x(t))

P.121: midpage between (3.111) and (3,112):
          "(3.30)" should be (3.45)-(3.47) twice
line 3 of same parag: "inoften" ??

P.123: (3.118) "Y(t)" is Y(X_1(t),X_2(t)) ?

P.125: lines 3-4: B = H*C ?? -- or is there a typo?

CHAPTER 9:

P.295: midpage 4N^2 Moran events is 4N Wright-Fisher generations ?? (not 2N?)

P.298: below (9,17): x \le 1-1/2N (or x + dx \le 1 ) ?

P.306, line 7-: punctuation in Hoppe refs.

P.309, line 5: 29 sites? not 26
P.309: parag 4: Ref (5.63) for P(Polymorphism)?
                1.89/2000 = 0.000945 (not 0.0000945) (3 times)
                1-(0.01)^(+0.000945) (not -0.0000945)
       eqn (9.50): s=0,1,2,.... (not j)

P.313, second parag: numerical results for varying n and larger theta
don't seem to shown quite this?
eqn (9.69): upper summation limit should be "n-1" not "n" ?

P.314, parag 1: "Standard statistical ...... theory ....
[MLE] has a variance achieving this bound" ??
Asymptotically, for large n? But information increases
only as (log n), which should ensure consistency of MLE,
but variance properties less obvious (and not "standard".
line 8-: confusing, only some of the "2N" are set equal to 2.
Others are left to give 1/(2N(exp(nu)-1) +1) which is
"very close to" 1/(1+theta) -- why approx? isn't theta
                 exactly 2N(exp(nu)-1) in this case?

P.314 (9,76): in defn of G^*, b_i should be b_k?, and k \ne l, not \le ?
(but G^* seens nowhere used in subsequent anyhow)

P.317 line 11: also terms in RN^{-1} are ignored, we believe.
formula for alpha below (9.81): 4^2 should be psi^2

P.319 midpage: k populations (not "h")
      (9.86) : (1-xbar_i) not (1-xbar_i)^2
line 5-: "within-group variance in frequency" ?? frequency
xbar_i=ybar_i is a property of the group

Section 9.9:

P.320 line 13-: "as" not "a"

P.322 line 10-: which "Bayesian calculation"

P.323 line 2-: apparently this is the dsn depisted on the cover
                  of Billingley's Probability text book

p.325 midpage: extra " d "

P326 (9.102): I make the denominator (n+1-b) not (n-b) ?
                   -- check b=1, e.g.

Section 11.3

P. 357 (11.13): I think we need n>2 here. (See comment below (9.67).)

P. 358-359: defn of c_2 below (11.18) and also (11.21)
                     a_1 should be g_1

P. 362-363: ref to (9.64) and then to (9.18) confusing
-- these were the same thing?

P. 365: last line of 11.3.6 -- missing word(s)? -- does not make sense

P.368: parag 2, line 1: sentence confusing; n is the sample size?
(11.35) and (11.36): s in second variance term should be outside
parentheses: have sum of s i.i.d. rvs ?
