• Epiphany Nfr (BS student) joined the group and is working on protein surfactant interactions (Oct 2007)
• Monica Ospinal (PhD student) and Kathleen Weigandt (PhD student) joined the group. Monica is currently working on the structure of surfactant - protein complexes and Katie works on the structure and rheology of fibrin clots. (Dec 2007)
• Anya Yermakova joined the group this summer (visiting from Northwestern University) to work on microfluidic tests for assessing coagulation. (Summer 2008)
• Kjersta Larson-Smith joined the group to pursue her PhD in the are of emulsion interfacial science. (Dec 2008) 
• The NSF sponsored UW SAXS facility is now installed and running (Feb 2009)
• Melissa Dao, Epiphany Nfr and Cristina Elias (undergraduate researchers) worked with us in the summer. (Summer 2009)
