ABSTRACT

Using sophisticated fractal mathematics, several rusting Cray computers, and a number 2 lead pencil, scientists at secret government laboratory in Nevada, have proved what most people already know, you can't find anything on the Internet. Publishers of information science and computer magazines, who face have thousands of useless how-to articles written by experts, dispute this finding.
