Introduction

Beagle version 4.0 performs genotype calling, genotype phasing, imputation of ungenotyped markers, and identity-by-descent segment detection.

Version 4 has multiple improvements:

The next major release (version 4.1) will provide substantial improved haplotype phasing and genotype imputation. Look for version 4.1 to be released in early 2015.
