Simplified lab diagnostics: immunoassays and nucleic acid tests

In progress – will be updated soon.  Below are images from two projects: 1) a rapid high-throughput immunoassay using gold nanoparticles, and 2) a nucleic acid test that identifies point mutations associated with HIV drug resistance (collaboration with Lisa Frenkel and James Lai).
