The Data module of ADME QPrOmicsTM Database is a repository of quantitative protein, mRNA and activity data of drug metabolizing enzymes, transporters and transcriptional factors in human and animal organs. These data are useful for developing physiologically based pharmacokinetic models which allow prediction of interindividual variability in drug disposition. The database is an open access resource for systems pharmacologists and pharmacometricians in the drug development industry, regulatory and academia. The platform is developed at UW with significant inputs from the Department of Pharmaceutical Analysis, National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Mohali, India.
