Welcome

My research encompasses a wide range of quantitative methods applied to research in infectious diseases. I develop novel study designs for evaluating vaccines in the field, dynamic mathematical models, both stochastic and deterministic for understanding interventions in infectious diseases, and genomic approaches to understanding the immune system and response to pathogens. In addition, I use Bayesian, likelihood and semiparametric statistical methods for inference. For further information, please visit my Research page.
