Colleagues

I wish to extend my thanks and appreciation to the staff, faculty and students who helped plan and execute the SAF accreditation review of the MFR (Forest Management) curriculum. A complete list of the Committee is available for review.

Many people contributed to the success of the site visit, but I wish to extend special thanks to Ara Erickson, Gordon Bradley, and Jim Agee for leading this effort for the College. We all owe them a debt of gratitude for the time and effort they expended on our behalf.

All indications are that the SAF Review Team was favorably impressed with the MFR proposal and left with a very positive feeling about the on-going transformation of our College. We will learn the final decision of the SAF in early December and I will pass it along when it becomes known.
