Colleagues:

The President has conveyed his final approval of our March 24, 2003 proposal to reorganize the undergraduate and programs of the College. Therefore, all mandated procedures related to the CFR-RCEP have been completed.

The undergraduate program changes are effective Winter 2004. Pending final review and approval of the Graduate School, the graduate program changes will be implemented.

The President recognizes the hard work of the faculty in reorganizing the curricula of the College to be more responsive to the needs of our students. I also wish to express my sincere thanks to everyone who worked hard to bring this curriculum transformation to fruition.
