To gage your comprehension of the material covered, I suggest that you work as many Review Exercises as possible. These exercises are found at the end of each chapter of your text and should be worked prior to taking the practice exam. You are also encouraged to work the Mid-Chapter Check Point problems found in each chapter.

The following examination problems are taken from the chapter tests which may be found at the end of each chapter of your text. The answers may be found on the CourseCompass web site at the eText tab.

The actual examination will have fewer problems (usually about 8-10 problems to be worked over 55 minutes) than this practice exam. Nevertheless, to insure that you fully understand the material, you should place a time constraint on yourself when working the practice exam. Each exam will usually have some True-False questions as well.
