While not required, it is important that students complete a course evaluation form to provide adequate feedback to the instructors. This will only take a few minutes and is done online.
You will receive an email from the UW Office of Educational Assessment asking you to complete an annonymous course evaluation. You must login using your UW NETID to access the evaluation form. The survey form is only accessible between December X - December XX, XXXX. Thank you.
