CFR Faculty and Staff,

I am delighted to announce that Dr David Briggs has agreed to become our new Faculty Vice Chair effective March 1, 2004.

As you know, beginning Winter 2004, our two divisional structure was discontinued and the faculty were organized into a single body lead by the Faculty Chair to be assisted by a Vice Chair.

The duties and responsibilities of the Faculty Chair to be shared with the Vice Chair are of critical importance to the future welfare and success of the College.

Please join me in congratulating Dave on his new appointment. This appoinment lasts until June 16, 2006 when he becomes Faculty Chair.
