Working together with the EFC and the PMT Committee, we have developed guidelines for the allocation of this year's faculty merit and retention salary increases. A copy is available for review.

These procedures describe how the merit salary and retention dollars will be allocated given the PMT Committee, faculty, and Faculty Chair's recommendations.
