CFR Faculty and Staff,

I am delighted to announce that Dr Rick Gustafson has agreed to become our new Faculty Chair effective January 1, 2004.

As you know, beginning Winter 2004, our two divisional structure will be discontinued and the faculty will be organized into a single body lead by the Faculty Chair to be assisted by a Vice Chair.

The duties and responsibilities of the Faculty Chair are of critical importance to the future welfare and success of the College. I believe that this is one of the most important positions within the College's administrative structure and carries with it a high level of responsibility. This includes overseeing a significant level of the College's GOF state budget resources that directly relate to the faculty.
